Terms of Service

By accessing the DJI 13 Store website (the "Website"), operated by 13 STORE Co., Ltd. ("13 STORE" or "we"), or ordering through it, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service, together with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the Website.

This Website presents and sells DJI drones, handheld cameras and related equipment, together with product information, articles and contact channels. You can order in 3 ways:

• Online on the Website — add products to your cart, then confirm the order and pay at checkout (you need to sign in to a member account with email, LINE or Google)
• Via LINE @dji13store — our team summarizes your order and tells you the amount to pay
• In store at our 3 branches: Lat Pla Khao, Ratchaphruek and Nonthaburi (Enterprise)

Some enterprise products and solutions are sold by quotation. Their prices and conditions follow the quotation issued to each customer.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility, and you agree that you will:

• not use the Website for any unlawful or immoral act
• not attempt to access the back-end systems without authorization, or carry out any kind of hacking
• not copy, reproduce or publish any content, images or information on the Website for commercial purposes without written permission
• not send bots/spam/scrapers that may put an abnormally heavy load on the servers

We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prices on the Website are retail prices in Thailand, in Thai baht, including value added tax (VAT) (unless otherwise stated, e.g. in quotations for corporate customers), and exclude delivery, which is shown separately at checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice, but a change never affects an order you have already confirmed. If a price or product detail is obviously wrong (e.g. an abnormally low price caused by a system error), we reserve the right to cancel that order and refund it in full.

Product status (in stock / pre-order / inquire) may change at any time. If an item you ordered sells out after you order, our team will contact you with options, such as waiting for stock, switching models, or cancelling the order with a full refund.

Promotions, coupons and free gifts are subject to the stated conditions and periods. We reserve the right to cancel or change them without prior notice; this never affects an order already confirmed.

• When you press "Place order", the system issues an order number awaiting payment. The order is complete once you have paid in full and our team has verified the payment.
• Payment methods: bank transfer to the account of 13 STORE Co., Ltd., then attach the slip on your order page · credit/debit card on the 2C2P payment page (when this option is offered at checkout) · credit card in store or via a payment link sent by our team
• Only transfer to the company account shown on your order page. If anyone asks you to transfer to a different account, please contact us before paying.
• Orders not paid within 48 hours are cancelled automatically.
• Receipts/tax invoices are issued in the name of 13 STORE Co., Ltd. For a full tax invoice, put the name, address and tax ID in the order note or tell our team.
• Corporate customers can contact our team for quotations, documents and case-specific credit terms.

• Nationwide parcel delivery — ฿100 per order, by private courier with a tracking number
• Express delivery in Bangkok & surrounding provinces (Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom) — delivered the same day or the next day; the delivery fee is paid to the courier on arrival
• Pick up at a branch — no delivery fee; book a pickup day and time in advance (Lat Pla Khao, Ratchaphruek, Nonthaburi)
• In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is verified; transit time depends on the destination. Pre-order items ship on the schedule shown on the product page or given by our team.
• Drones must be registered with the Office of the NBTC before handover, as required by law — allow 7–15 days (depending on how complete your documents are). Because the box must be opened to record the serial number for registration, a paid drone order cannot be cancelled.
• Please check the condition and quantity of your items on receipt. If anything is damaged or wrong, tell our team within 24 hours with photos/video.

• Returns follow our Return Policy — all items are final sale; we reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges and not to issue refunds once you have paid for and received the product. Please check the model, specifications and bundle before you order.
• If a product is defective from manufacturing, the wrong model, or damaged in transit, tell us within 24 hours of receiving it, with photos/video. Our team will check and arrange a solution case by case.
• DJI products are covered by the DJI service center in Thailand under the manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty claims use the receipt/tax invoice issued by 13 STORE as proof.
• Nothing in this section or in the Return Policy excludes or limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

All content, images, logos, text and other components of the Website are the property of 13 STORE Co., Ltd. or the relevant licensors (such as DJI Sciences and Technologies). Copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

DJI trademarks and logos are the property of SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. and are used on this Website in our capacity as an authorized dealer.

The Website may contain links to other websites, such as dji.com, dronemember.space, skyconnect.club, LINE, Shopee, Facebook and YouTube. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy policies of those websites.

We do our best to keep the information on the Website accurate, but we do not guarantee that the content is free of errors or matches the actual product in every detail. Where a price or specification conflicts, the details in your order, the quotation, or what our team confirms in writing prevail.

We are not liable for indirect damages (lost opportunity, lost profits, damage to reputation) arising from the use of the Website or the products, unless the law provides otherwise.

Drone buyers and users must register their drone with the Office of the NBTC and strictly comply with the Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497 (1954) and the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) — for example registering as a drone pilot, obtaining permission to fly in designated areas, and flying under your own responsibility. Our documents team can advise you and prepare the registration paperwork.

13 STORE is not responsible where a buyer uses the product unlawfully or causes damage to third parties or their property.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Website; orders confirmed before then follow the terms in effect when they were placed. Continuing to use the Website afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
