By accessing the DJI 13 Store website (the "Website"), you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the Website immediately.

This Website presents a catalog of DJI drones, handheld cameras and related equipment, together with product information, articles and contact channels.

Orders are placed via LINE (@dji13store) or in store. There is no cart/online payment system on this Website.

You agree that you will:

• not use the Website for any unlawful or immoral act
• not attempt to access the back-end systems without authorization, or carry out any kind of hacking
• not copy, reproduce or publish any content, images or information on the Website for commercial purposes without written permission
• not send bots/spam/scrapers that may put an abnormally heavy load on the servers

Prices on the Website are retail prices in Thailand, excluding value added tax (VAT) (unless otherwise stated), and may change without prior notice.

Product status (in stock / pre-order / inquire) may change at any time. Please confirm with our team via LINE before deciding to order.

Promotions and discounts shown on the Website are subject to the stated conditions and periods. We reserve the right to cancel/change them without prior notice.

• An order is complete once our team has confirmed it and you have paid by the agreed method
• Payment methods: bank transfer to the company's bank account, credit card (card terminal in store or via a payment link)
• Quotations/tax invoices are issued in the name of 13 STORE Co., Ltd.
• For corporate customers, contact our team to request documents and case-specific credit terms

• We deliver throughout Thailand via qualified courier companies. Shipping fees and delivery times are as advised when your order is confirmed
• Products can be collected at our 3 branches: Lat Pla Khao, Ratchaphruek, Nonthaburi (Enterprise)
• Please check the condition and quantity of the goods in the presence of the courier/delivery person, and notify us within 24 hours if you find any damage

• All DJI products are covered by warranty from the DJI service center in Thailand, in accordance with the manufacturer's terms
• Warranty claims are made using the tax invoice/receipt issued by 13 STORE
• Returns/exchanges for a new product are possible only if the product is the wrong model or has a manufacturing defect, within 7 days of receipt; the product must be in perfect condition, with complete packaging, and unused

All content, images, logos, text and other components of the Website are the property of 13 STORE Co., Ltd. or the relevant licensors (such as DJI Sciences and Technologies). Copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

DJI trademarks and logos are the property of SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. and are used on this Website in our capacity as an authorized dealer.

The Website may contain links to other websites, such as dji.com, dronemember.space, skyconnect.club, LINE, Shopee, Facebook and YouTube. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy policies of those websites.

We make every effort to keep the information on the Website accurate, but we do not guarantee that the content is 100% free of errors or discrepancies with the actual products. If prices/specifications conflict, what our team confirms via LINE or the quotation shall prevail.

We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, lost profits, damage to reputation) arising from the use of the Website or the products, unless otherwise provided by law.

Drone users must strictly comply with the Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497 (1954) and the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), register their drones, obtain permission to fly in designated areas, and operate their drones under their own responsibility.

13 STORE is not responsible if a buyer uses the products unlawfully or causes damage to third-party persons/property.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use after that is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
