Return Policy

All products sold by 13 STORE Co., Ltd. are final sale (All Sales Final). The store reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges and not to issue refunds for products once the customer has paid for and received them, because they are electronics and drones whose quality and safety standards must be controlled.

For your peace of mind, please ask about and confirm all the details with our team before every payment:

• Model, specifications, color and bundle (combo / included accessories)
• Compatibility with the equipment you already have
• Price, promotions, conditions and warranty period

Our team is happy to advise you and check the details for you before you order, on any of our channels — you can always ask us before you decide

Although all sales are final, if you find a problem after receiving your product — such as a manufacturing fault or defect, the wrong model, or damage during shipping — please contact our team immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the product, with photos/videos of the box and the product.

Our team will look into it and coordinate a solution for you on a case-by-case basis (for example, by coordinating with the DJI service center or processing a warranty claim under the manufacturer's terms). We are ready to take full care of you.

All DJI products are covered by warranty from the DJI service center in Thailand, in accordance with the manufacturer's terms. Warranty claims use the receipt/tax invoice issued by 13 STORE Co., Ltd. as proof and are made directly through the DJI service center — this is a manufacturer's warranty, not a return/exchange.
